With a clear scientific consensus still pending, a Maine legislator wants to make the state the first to mandate that cell phones carry warnings that their radiation can cause brain cancer. A bill proposed by Rep. Andrea Boland, D-Sanford, would require a label warning users they should keep phones away from their heads and bodies.
